Commercial Building

The Building Division of Rob Shea Carpentry also performs commercial building projects throughout Vermont. From minor tenant improvements and repairs, to commercial building additions, fit-ups and renovations, to complete “ground-up” building projects, RSC can do it all.

RSC also works closely with property management companies and commercial building owners to accommodate tenant fit-ups, additions or expansions to existing buildings or the construction of new builds, outbuildings and repairs.

Rob Shea has done outstanding work for me personally and also for the summer camp where I work. He built a bed frame for me over a year ago which gets compliments all the time on how well it matches the existing furniture. It has a solid build and looks great! Around the summer camp, Rob has completed a variety of projects including: building a deck, building a frame to hold a stagecurtain for our theater, and giving a make-over to one of the staff cottages. For the cottage, he built new screen doors and windows, front door, and transformed a xed window into one that now opens. Whenever we have an extra project around the camp for which we do not have the skills/tools/time, Rob Shea tops the list of who to call.

Rob Shea did a fantastic job insulating the floors underneath two bedrooms in our Vermont home. It was a tricky job getting underneath those rooms due to the small dirt crawl space, but Rob did the job with no complaint. He was on time, worked within the amount of time as promised, the two bedrooms are much warmer now and his price was very fair. We were very happy with his services and will be calling him again when his services are needed.
